General
About our service
What areas do you serve?
We serve Bloomington, Normal, Downs, and the surrounding Central Illinois communities — an approximate 20-mile service area centered on Bloomington–Normal. Availability can vary by property, service type, route capacity, and distance, so contact us to confirm service at your address.
Do you serve both homes and businesses?
Yes. We provide residential lawn and property care for homeowners and rental-property owners, as well as commercial property maintenance for offices, retail, restaurants, apartments, HOAs, and managed properties.
Do you offer recurring mowing?
Yes. Most customers set up recurring mowing on a schedule that suits their property and the season. One-time and as-needed visits are also available, subject to route capacity.
Can I request several services at once?
Absolutely. Many customers combine services — for example, mowing plus seasonal cleanup, or pressure washing plus tree trimming. Commercial clients can bundle everything into one customized maintenance plan.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We provide free, no-obligation estimates. Reach out with a few details about your property and what you need, and we'll follow up to confirm the scope and pricing.
Is pressure washing safe for every surface?
No — not every surface should be pressure washed, and some materials can be damaged by high pressure. We evaluate the material and condition of each surface first and only clean surfaces that can safely handle it.
Do you remove large trees?
No. We provide basic trimming of small trees and accessible, low branches. Large-tree removal, work near power lines, hazardous trees, climbing, and specialized arborist work require a qualified tree-service contractor.
When should I schedule leaf cleanup?
Fall cleanups typically happen once most leaves have dropped, in mid-to-late autumn. Spring cleanups clear debris that built up over winter. Contact us and we'll help you time it for your property.
How does seasonal snow-removal scheduling work?
Winter service is arranged ahead of the season and depends on conditions and route capacity. Because spots are limited, we recommend signing up early so your property is on the route when the snow arrives.
Can property managers request service for multiple locations?
Yes. We work with property managers and owners across multiple properties and can build a plan that covers a portfolio with consistent, reliable service and a single point of contact.
Lawn Mowing
Lawn Mowing questions
Do you offer recurring mowing?
Yes. Most customers set up recurring mowing on a routine that suits their property and the season. One-time and as-needed visits are also available, subject to route capacity.
What cutting height do you mow at?
We set a healthy mowing height appropriate to your grass type and the time of year, and we can adjust based on your preferences and lawn conditions. We confirm the details when we set up service.
Do you clean up the grass clippings?
We clear visible clippings from driveways, sidewalks, and other hard surfaces after mowing. Bagging or hauling of clippings can be arranged where that service is offered.
Pressure Washing
Pressure Washing questions
Is pressure washing safe for every surface?
No — not every surface should be pressure washed. Some materials can be damaged by high pressure. We evaluate the material and condition first and only clean surfaces that can safely handle it. If a surface isn't a good candidate, we'll tell you.
What surfaces do you pressure wash?
We commonly clean concrete and similar hard exterior surfaces: driveways, sidewalks, patios, walkways, storefront concrete, and dumpster-area pads. We confirm suitability for your specific surfaces during the estimate.
Do you offer roof washing or soft washing?
Our standard service focuses on suitable exterior hard surfaces. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and we'll let you know what we can help with.
Leaf Cleanups
Leaf Cleanups questions
When should I schedule leaf cleanup?
Most fall cleanups happen once the majority of leaves have dropped, typically in mid-to-late autumn in Central Illinois. Spring cleanups clear debris that accumulated over winter. Contact us and we'll help you time it for your property.
What do you do with the leaves?
Disposal depends on the service you choose and your local requirements. Options can include bagging, hauling away, or placing leaves at the curb for municipal pickup. We confirm the approach for your property during the estimate.
Do you offer both fall and spring cleanups?
Yes. We handle fall leaf removal and spring property cleanups for both residential and commercial properties.
Tree Trimming
Tree Trimming questions
Do you remove large trees?
No. We provide basic trimming of small trees and accessible, low branches. Large-tree removal, work near power lines, hazardous trees, climbing, and specialized arborist work require a qualified tree-service contractor, and we're glad to point you toward one.
Can you clean up branches after a storm?
We can clear storm debris when it's safely accessible from the ground. Anything involving hanging limbs, large trees, or power lines should be handled by a specialized tree service for safety.
Are you a certified arborist?
We provide basic tree and branch trimming as part of property maintenance. We do not represent ourselves as certified arborists. For arborist-level work, we recommend a qualified specialist.
Snow Removal
Snow Removal questions
How does seasonal snow-removal scheduling work?
Winter service is arranged ahead of the season and depends on conditions and route capacity. Because spots are limited, we recommend signing up early so your property is on the route when the snow arrives. Contact us to reserve your spot.
Do you salt or de-ice?
Contact us to discuss ice management for your property. We'll confirm exactly what's included for your location before the season so there are no surprises.
Do you guarantee a response time?
Response depends on storm conditions, snowfall, and route demand. We set clear expectations with you when we arrange service rather than promising a fixed time in every storm.
Commercial Property Maintenance
Commercial Property Maintenance questions
Can property managers request service for multiple locations?
Yes. We work with property managers and owners across multiple properties and can build a plan that covers a portfolio with consistent, reliable service and a single point of contact.
Can I combine several services into one plan?
That's exactly how our commercial plans work. We combine mowing, trimming, pressure washing, seasonal cleanup, tree trimming, and snow removal into one customized schedule for your property.
Do you serve restaurants and retail with specific needs?
Yes. We tailor plans to the property — including storefront and dumpster-area concrete cleaning, entrance clearing, and seasonal service — so your business stays presentable and accessible.
